Subject: [Ftc-champ] FTC Championship UPDATEl: DIVISIONS, Judge Assignements - PLEA FOR VOLUNTEERS

Dear FTC Championship teams:
We finally have a roster of all 50 teams participating in this weekend’s Oregon FTC Championship. And update for you. PLEASE READ.
FTC CHAMPIONSHIP INFORMATION PAGE<http://www.ortop.org/ftc/ctNewsCHAMP.htm>

1) Our biggest concern is a lack of day-of-the-event volunteers. We desperately need teams to help us sign up people for day-of-the-event volunteer roles; like judge door assistants, bullpen table, field managers, etc. LOTS of roles on Saturday and Sunday to pick from .
I’ve heard from some teams – “we’ll bring some people”- but we really need to be more organized than that. Please direct volunteers to SIGN UP HERE<http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0C48ADA929A6F94-ftcchampionship> . Help us make this awesome.

2) DIVISION LISTS: All 50 teams were divided into 2 divisions. The Gordon MOORE division and the Howard VOLLUM Division.<http://www.ortop.org/Documents/FTC_2013_CT_DIVISION_ROSTERS_BLOCK_PARTY.pdf> Teams were randomly placed into the divisions.

3) FTC CHAMPIONSHIP ROOM PANEL JUDGING, INSPECTION, PIT JUDGING at your Pit Table - MOORE DIVISION<http://www.ortop.org/Documents/FTC_2013_CT_Judge-InspectionAssignments_MOORE_BlockParty.pdf> - VOLLUM DIVISION <http://www.ortop.org/Documents/FTC_2013_CT_Judge-InspectionAssignments_VOLLUM_BlockParty.pdf>

Teams scheduled for Saturday afternoon should check in at the PIT by DIVISION.

· All teams must present their FIRST CONSENT AND RELEASE FORMS or STIMS ROSTER for all team members and up to 3 coaches/mentors at the Teams Check in desk BEFORE YOU ARE ALLOWED TO INSPECT OR JUDGE.

· Teams scheduled for later in the day can arrive earlier and begin the inspection process/use practice field. Teams scheduled for early can stay later and use the practice field.
